EXCESO DE JUNTA LIQUIDA<\/th><\/tr>
\"exceso<\/strong><\/strong><\/a>Motivo:<\/strong> El exceso de junta l\u00edquida en la entrada de aceite, ha provocado que est\u00e1 entre en el conducto del aceite, taponando el agujero de engrase del cojinete de empuje.Revisar:<\/strong> Eliminar la junta l\u00edquida y no volverla a usar.S\u00edntomas:<\/strong> El turbo se rompe al faltar el engrase, y pierde aceite.Observaciones:<\/strong> El uso de juntas l\u00edquidas est\u00e1 completamente prohibido, ya que en la entrada de aceite al apretar la pletina pasa al interior del turbo, obstruyendo alguno de los orificios de engrase, y en el escape formando una pel\u00edcula que obstruye la salida del aceite.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>
EXCESO DE TEMPERATURA<\/th><\/tr>
\"exceso<\/strong><\/strong><\/a>Motivo:<\/strong> Altas temperaturas en el eje, hacen hervir el aceite y lo carbonizan. Este exceso de temperatura se suele deber a un exceso de revoluciones del rotor del turbo.Revisar:<\/strong> el aceite, comprobar que la viscosidad y el tipo de aceite es el adecuado para nuestras condiciones de trabajo. Comprobar tambi\u00e9n que no esta contaminado con agua o combustible y que no se le han a\u00f1adido aditivos que lo descompongan.Observaciones:<\/strong> Tenga en cuenta que el exceso de revoluciones, se puede deber a diferentes causas. El turbo puede no ser el adecuado a nuestra aplicaci\u00f3n. Se ha modificado el paso de la caracola de escape, poniendo uno m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o, por ejemplo de 0.86 a 0.64. La v\u00e1lvula del turbo no funciona y no corta el soplo a tiempo produciendo un exceso de soplo y revoluciones. En el caso de que el turbo tenga refrigeraci\u00f3n l\u00edquida esta no funciona.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>
EXCESO DE TEMPERATURA<\/th><\/tr>
\"exceso<\/strong><\/strong><\/a>Motivo:<\/strong> El exceso de revoluciones, provoca que la cabeza de la turbina se caliente por encima de la temperatura para la que ha sido dise\u00f1ada, puediendo llegar a perder la punta de los \u00e1labes.Revisar:<\/strong> Revisar que el turbo sea el adecuado a nuestra aplicaci\u00f3n. Revisar si se ha modificado el paso de la caracola de escape. Revisar si la v\u00e1lvula del turbo no funciona y no corta el soplo a tiempo produciendo un exceso de soplo y revoluciones.Observaciones:<\/strong> En estos casos la turbina presenta y color anaranjado y en algunos caso llega a perder la punta de los \u00e1labes. Para distinguir esta rotura de la producida por ingesti\u00f3n de un objeto extra\u00f1o, hay que tener en cuenta que en este caso la rotura es sim\u00e9trica y las zonas de rotura aparecen como derretidas, en cambio en el caso de la ingesti\u00f3n de un objeto extra\u00f1o la rotura es asim\u00e9trica y los puntos de rotura aparecen doblados y con filos cortantes.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>
EXCESO DE TEMPERATURA EN EL ESCAPE<\/th><\/tr>
\"exceso<\/strong><\/strong><\/a>Motivo:<\/strong> Inyecci\u00f3n fuera de punto, obstrucci\u00f3n del filtro del aire o el intercooler.Revisar:<\/strong> La inyecci\u00f3n, el filtro del aire, el interccoler o los conductos.S\u00edntomas:<\/strong> El motor se calienta, pierde portencia y aumneta el consumo.Observaciones:<\/strong> El exceso de calor en el escape produce el agrietamiento y la deformaci\u00f3n de la caracola de escape, esto puede provocar que se suelten part\u00edculas que al golpear el eje lo rompan, o que al deformarse el interior de la caracola donde va alojada la turbina esta roze, y se destruya ( no olvidar que el rotor puede llegar a 200.000 r.p.m. ).<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>
FALTA DE ENGRASE<\/th><\/tr>
\"falta<\/a>Motivo:<\/strong> Varias pueden ser las causas, falta de aceite en el motor por aver\u00eda ( rotura del carter, falta de mantenimiento, etc… ), rotura u obstrucci\u00f3n del latiguillo que envia el aceite al turbo, mala colocaci\u00f3n de las juntas, que obstruyan la entrada de aceite, uso de juntas l\u00edquidas que al solidificarse obstruyen la entrada de aceite ( el uso de estas est\u00e1 prohibido, y adem\u00e1s invalida la garant\u00eda ). La contaminaci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica que no es visible tambi\u00e9n produce estas aver\u00edas ( la m\u00e1s com\u00fan, es la mezcla de agua o combustible con el aceite ).Revisar:<\/strong> Lo primero que el nivel y estado de viscosidad del aceite es el adecuado, los latiguillos de entrada y aceite al turbo, y el estado y colocaci\u00f3n de las juntas, y que la bomba de aceite funciona y proporciona la presi\u00f3n adecuada. Tambi\u00e9n que no hay alguna rotura en las conducciones del agua que se comuniquen con el aceite.S\u00edntomas:<\/strong> El motor pierde potencia y produce humo negro, el turbo puede hacer bastante ruido y al rozar la turbina sobre el escape est\u00e1 puede ponerse al rojo.Observaciones:<\/strong> Al fallar la bomba de aceite, faltar lubricaci\u00f3n o disminuir la viscosidad del aceite, lo primero que falla es el turbo, que es la parte mas delicada del motor, no olvidemos que los \u00faltimos turbos de turismos llegan a las 200.000 r.p.m., lo que supone la destruci\u00f3n del turbo sino no tiene.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>
IMPUREZAS EN EL ACEITE<\/th><\/tr>
\"impurezas<\/strong><\/strong><\/a>Motivo:<\/strong> Part\u00edculas s\u00f3lidas en el aceite (carbonilla, viruta met\u00e1lica, restos de juntas l\u00edquidas solidificadas, etc…Revisar:<\/strong> El aceite, el filtro de aceite, los conductos del aceite, el carter, comprobar si los latiguillos del aceite est\u00e1n obstruidos, tanto los de alimentaci\u00f3n como los de retorno..Observaciones:<\/strong> Esta aver\u00eda puede producirse al estar el aceite contaminado, tanto por no haberse cambiado a tiempo, o por estar deteriorado tanto por ser de mala calidad como por haber trabajado en condiciones de temperatura para los que no ha sido dise\u00f1ado. Tambi\u00e9n se produce cuando hemos tenido una rotura en el motor y no hemos retirado del carter las virutas o restos met\u00e1licos de las piezas rotas. Tambi\u00e9n en algunos motores el latiguillo de engrase del turbo, pasa muy cerca del colector de escape, con lo que el m\u00e1s ligero movimiento del latiguillo hace que este toque o este muy cerca del colector, con lo que el aceite se calienta mucho en ese punto, y llega a carbonizarse, obturando primero ligeramente el paso del aceite y llegando por fin a interrumpirlo completamente.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>
INGESTION DE POLVO, ARENA O SAL POR LA ADMISI\u00d3N<\/th><\/tr>
\"ingestion<\/strong><\/strong><\/a>Motivo:<\/strong> Un filtro roto, su ausencia , en mal estado, una abrazadera suelta o un manguito rajado, provocan la entrada de polvo, arena o sal ( de la esparcida en invierno para evitar el hielo ).Revisar:<\/strong> El filtro, las mangueras, sus abrazaderas.S\u00edntomas:<\/strong> El motor pierde potencia y se calienta.Observaciones:<\/strong> Seguir estrictamente las revisiones recomendadas por el fabricante.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>
INGESTION DE UN OBJETO EXTRA\u00d1O POR EL ESCAPE<\/th><\/tr>
\"ingestion<\/strong><\/strong><\/a>Motivo:<\/strong> Entrada por la caracola de escape de un objeto extra\u00f1o ( v\u00e1lvula, trozo de pist\u00f3n, v\u00e1stago de v\u00e1lvula, trozo de colector de escape, etc… )Revisar:<\/strong> Las v\u00e1lvulas, asientos de las v\u00e1lvulas, pistones, colector de escape, etc….Observaciones:<\/strong> Esta aver\u00eda se produce al romperse una v\u00e1lvula o un pist\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n al desprenderse part\u00edculas de los tabiques interiores del colector, o si se ha soldado este sin tener las precauci\u00f3n de quitar la soldadura sobrante, que con la vibraci\u00f3n del motor se desprende y golpea la turbina.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>
INGESTION DE UN OBJETO EXTRA\u00d1O POR EL ESCAPE<\/th><\/tr>
\"ingestion<\/strong><\/strong><\/a>Motivo:<\/strong> Entrada por la caracola de escape del v\u00e1stago de una v\u00e1lvula.Revisar:<\/strong> Las v\u00e1lvulas y sus asientos.S\u00edntomas:<\/strong> Falta de potencia y fallos del motor.Observaciones:<\/strong> Comprobar despu\u00e9s de reparar el turbo y las v\u00e1lvulas, que ninguna part\u00edcula permanece en el colector de escape o en cualquier recoveco, y que pueda soltarse al volver a arrancar el motor y romper el turbo otra vez.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>
INGESTION DE UN OBJETO EXTRA\u00d1O POR EL ESCAPE<\/th><\/tr>
\"ingestion<\/strong><\/strong><\/a>Motivo:<\/strong> Rotura de un pist\u00f3n del motor.Revisar:<\/strong> Los pistones y el colector de escape.S\u00edntomas:<\/strong> Falta de potencia, fallo del motor y p\u00e9rdida de aceite. El colector de escape y la caracola de escape quedan tapizados de aluminio fundido.Observaciones:<\/strong> Al mismo tiempo que se repara el motor y el turbo, hay que limpiar o reemplazar el colector de escape para que no quede ninguna part\u00edcula de aluminio. Si no eliminamos el aluminio del colector de escape al volver arrancar el motor y calentarse se fundir\u00e1 y volver\u00e1 a impactar contra la turbina de escape.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>
INGESTION DE UN OBJETO EXTRA\u00d1O POR EL ESCAPE<\/th><\/tr>

\"ingestion<\/strong><\/strong><\/a>Motivo:<\/strong> Entrada por la admisi\u00f3n de un objeto extra\u00f1o grande ( arandela met\u00e1lica, tuerca, etc… )Revisar:<\/strong> El filtro de aire, los conductos de admisi\u00f3n, los manguitos y abrazaderas.Observaciones:<\/strong> Esta aver\u00eda se produce generalmente al cambiar el filtro del aire, alg\u00fan tubo o el turbo y olvidar o perder alguna arandela o tuerca en los conductos de admisi\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n puede producirse por estar alguna abrazadera suelta de los manguitos y producirse la aspiraci\u00f3n de grava o similar de la carretera.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>
LA VALVULA NO ACTUA ( TURBOS STANDAR DE V\u00c1LVULAS DE PRESI\u00d3N )<\/th><\/tr>
\"la<\/strong><\/strong><\/a>Motivo:<\/strong> Rotura del manguito que lleva la presi\u00f3n a la v\u00e1lvulaRevisar:<\/strong> Comprobar que el maguito no toca ninguna parte del motor ( si esta parte esta caliente deforma y rompe la manguera ) o que las abrazaderas que sostienen la manguera no han producido un corte en la misma.S\u00edntomas:<\/strong> El motor tiene m\u00e1s potencia a altas revoluciones ya que la v\u00e1lvula no corta el soplo del turbo ( Peligro de rotura del motor )Observaciones:<\/strong> Esta rotura se produce al manipular el motor y no tener cuidado, tambi\u00e9n puede olvidarse colocar el manguito despu\u00e9s de comprobar si la v\u00e1lvula funciona.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
